Children love to play pretend – this is part of their exploration in understanding the world, the people around, and themselves. Children who can express themselves become independent and confident individuals. Their imagination and creativity are also being awakened if given the opportunity to move, act, and perform.

The Arrowstar Drama Club Objectives
At the end of the drama program, the children are able to:
1. Put themselves in someone else’s shoes. They learn important social skills, such as empathy and positive interaction with others
2. Express themselves through language and movement
3. Further their understanding of symbols
4. Differentiate real and pretend
